At Yū, we strive for perfection in every silhouette, but we understand that sometimes a piece isn't the perfect fit. We offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Yū packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
